So in 2020, Neil founded Back Office Staffing Solutions (BOSS): the back office that does both. BOSS handles the employment, the payroll funding, and everything in between, so staffing and recruiting firms can run contractors without cash flow constraints — and focus on what they do best: making placements.

Neil spent 20 years at Adecco, one of the world’s largest staffing and recruiting firms. As President & COO of Ajilon Professional Staffing for North America, he led more than 300 offices before being promoted to Global President at Adecco — running staffing at a scale few in the industry ever see.

Widely regarded as one of the top thought leaders in staffing, Neil has appeared on ABC News, CNN, and Bloomberg, and spent a decade training recruiters and agency owners across the industry. He remains a go-to keynote speaker for national conferences including the American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, TechServe Alliance, and NAPS.

CPA-trained, staffing-certified

Neil earned his BS in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and his CPA designation while at Ernst & Young. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist, and completed an Executive Certificate Program at Stanford University.
